30 minute session:
5 minute warm up - set a pace you can comfortably do - imagine you can talk through these 5 minutes comfortably.
15 seconds all out! 45 seconds slow. 5 sets for total of 5 minutes.
1 minutes slow pace (similar to the 5 minute warm up).
20 seconds all out! 30 seconds slow. 5 sets for total of 5 minutes.
1 minute slow pace (similar to the 5 minute warm up).
40 seconds all out! 20 seconds slow. 5 sets for total of 5 minutes.
1 minute slow pace (similar to the 5 minute warm up).
60 seconds all out! 60 seconds slow. 2 sets for total 2 minutes.
5 minute cool down - keep to a steady pace slightly less than the warm up.
